• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We Ship orders out weekly, usually within 72 hours of receiving payment. This only applies to in-stock items. All made-to-order pieces have a 2-3 week lead time. Birds n Bone Jewelry ships from both Portland & San Francisco. DellaMorte & Co ships from New Jersey or Los Angeles.

• It's been over the estimated shipping time period & I still haven't received my order, what next?

  Email us about the issue, we get Tracking on EVERY order, so we can track your order for you & figure out where your package is. If you don't have access to email, you can call us at 424-777-3228.

  Please remember that due to the handmade nature of many items we sell, some may take 2-4 weeks to create. Listings are individually noted with appropriate creation times. Please email us if you need a hand created item quickly, and we will work with you to accommodate.

• What if the item I order is out of stock?

  We will do our best to order it for you. If we have replacement stock on the way, we will notify you that it may take slightly longer than expected. If we cannot restock the item you ordered, we will refund your payment immediately.

• What payment types do you accept?

  Our website is currently configured to use both Stripe & PayPal to process credit & debit card transactions. You can pay using any major credit/debit card.

• Do you take phone orders?

  Yes! If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail with: Your name, phone number, shipping address, and items you wish to purchase with any size and/or color specifications. We will promptly return your call and confirm your order as well as collect payment. All phone orders must be paid with a credit or debit card over the phone.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
